Events in School (16th -20th July)

So the final week of term is here and we are as busy as ever. 


Monday 16th

Year 6 Presentation - Year 6 have their Presentation from 2.30 in the Main Hall. A chance for parents and children to all reminisce about their time at Bentley High Street.


Tuesday 17th

Year 6 Residential to London - Year 6 will make their way down to the capital for their residential. Year 6 children that are going on the residential should be in school for 5.45am for a 6 o'clock leave. We will gather in the Small Hall. On this day we will be heading to the National History Museum, The London Eye and be having a river cruise along the River Thames.  For all the details for the London Residential click here. 


Wednesday 18th

Year 6 Residential - The Year 6 children will continue their residential in the capital. On this day they will be spending some time in Hyde Park and then watching a performance of Wicked!


Year 5 Anglo Saxon Day - Year 5 will be having an Anglo-Saxon day to conclude their topic. For all the information, please see a member of the Year 5 staff.


Thursday 19th

Year 6 London Residential - The children will have their final day in the capital. They will be visiting Harry Potter Studios and then making their way back up.  We are aiming to be back at school between 9pm and 10pm, but we will keep you informed of any changes to the arrival time.


Achievement Assemblies - The rest of school will look back at their achievements this year with a celebration assembly for Attendance, Friendship, Learner of the Term and Reader of the Term prizes all being given out. Parents will have already been invited to this assembly.

Friday 20th

Last Day of Term - Children will be breaking up for their Summer Holidays. We will break up at the normal time of 3.30pm.
