Creating confident, fluent readers - lowest 20% focus and implementing a bridging unit in Year 3
Implementation of new writing strategy and enhancing provision for lowest 20% in order to ensure sustained and rapid progress
All pupils to behave with consistently high levels of respect for each other and demonstrate high levels of self control and positive learning attitudes
Ensure the EYFS curriculum is highly ambitious for all pupils - precision in the development of vocabulary and ensure the environment resources are skillfully selected to promote independent learning.
