4 things you may have missed this week at BHSP
Here are 4 things you may have missed this week:
1. Ed Miliband and Majid Khan visited school
We invited our local MP Ed Miliband and the Civic Mayor of Doncaster, Majid Khan as well as our governors and Foundation Parents to officially open our new Nursery. They buried a Time Capsule in the quad area. In the time capsule we have put a range of things including; work from the children, technology and the drone pictures that we had done recently.
2. Children's University Passport
We are a proud participant in the Children's University. Children can earn hours that they can collect and throughout the year be rewarded with certificates based on the number of hours they have completed. At the end of the year they also graduate in a special ceremony. For more details.
3. 30 Hours Free Childcare
Do you have a 3 or 4 year old?
Are you a working parent, either employed, self-employed or a worker on a zero hours contract?
If yes, are you both working, or if a single parent family the sole parent must work?

4. Spaghetti Maths kicked off.
We had a new after school club called Spaghetti Maths that started on Friday. The children loved the new club, and we still have places available. Click here for more
